A Sex Coach is an expert in identifying and treating a range of sexual concerns and open to all forms of sexual expression.
A Sex Doula is a healing guide who offers techniques based on a holistic, ancestral approach using remedies and techniques that stimulate growth, understanding, and rediscovery of one’s self.
Sex coaching provides multiple benefits for you as well as your partner(s):
- Helps you identify what sex themes you carry (are they positive or negative)
- Helps you diminish external sex stories that no longer serve you
- Helps you formulate your new story and how you show up for sex in your life
- Helps you improve your body relationship through connection and investigation
- Helps you master the art of assertion and grant yourself permission to ask for the pleasure and intimacy that you deserve
Currently we work with women only (identifies as she/her/hers).
At no point during our work together do I have sexual interaction with my clients. If you are looking for a surrogate we can talk about referrals to make sure you get the support you are looking for.
Right now there is an option for a 1:1 VIP experience or a 6 month group intensive. Both options are virtual via Zoom. Click here to schedule a consultation to see which option is the best for you!
I do not offer refunds. By signing up for services you are committing to showing up and doing the work for the necessary outcome. A refund allows for you to have one foot out the door when it comes to your commitment. I’m showing up to coach you to your highest self, you must show up to reach your highest self.
Coaching is not covered by insurance, however there are payment options available.
Absolutely! My coaching is geared towards women who are ready to put themselves first and live a life full of pleasure. My story begins from my journey as a mother so that is what I reference a lot, but sexual fulfillment and confidence is for you too!
